IUPAC
- The International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry
IUPAC
is a voluntary non-governmental, non-profit organisation that
unites chemists from all over the world, the object being
the advancement of both pure and applied chemistry; you can
become involved with IUPAC by becoming an IUPAC Affiliate.
- Affiliates receive six copies per year of the IUPAC news
magazine Chemistry International
- Through Chemistry International, Affiliates are kept informed
of IUPAC's programs
- Affiliates may obtain a discount of 25 to 40% on the cost
of IUPAC publications, except Pure and Applied Chemistry
- Affiliates are usually entitled to a 10% reduction of
registration fees at IUPAC sponsored conferences
